ART REQUIREMENTS

Art templates can be downloaded from www.ravenimages.com/custom/custom_templates/
We accept print-ready, CMYK files in any of the following formats: .eps, .jpg, .pdf, .ai, .psd, .tif.
In other words, we accept print-ready files saved from the following design software programs:
Adobe Photoshop® CS, Adobe Illustrator® CS, Adobe InDesign® CS, Adobe PageMaker, QuarkXpress®.
Please include 0.25” bleed (1/8” per side) around the perimeter of your artwork to ensure accurate cutting (e.g., artwork for a 4”x6”
postcard should extend to 4.25” x 6.25”). If your image has a white border on all four sides, bleeds are recommended but not required.
If your image is not white on all four sides, you must include bleeds in print-ready files.

At Raven Images Our custom products are created for you from scratch - we don’t just imprint onto stock items. For this superior product quality you may have to wait longer, but we hope you will agree it is worth the wait. Because the goods are custom manufactured for you we do require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of the order, with the balance due upon shipment of goods.
Our prices are wholesale (retail price sheets can be downloaded from www.ravenimages.com/custom/retail)
and include up to 1hr of art preparation time and free digital proofs.
Samples can be created for an extra fee which varies by product.
We also have a large range of licensed merchandise for immediate purchase.
